la responsabilidad civil y penal de los AA.SS. en situaciones de insolvencia probable o inminente; las funciones del asesor t\u00e9cnico -jur\u00eddico y econ\u00f3mico- del deudor en el procedimiento especial para \u2018micropymes\u2019;
